ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No. 82 of 2010 on the file of the first respondent police.
2. The petitioners were implicated for the offences under Section 147,148,294(b), 324, 323, 427 and 506(ii) of IPC, wherein the defacto complainant filed a complaint as if there was a dispute with regard to the pathway, in between the defacto complainant and the main accused persons. The allegation against the petitioners is that the petitioners came along with other persons attacked the defacto complainant, thereby he sustained injuries and filed a complaint before the respondent police.

alleged by the prosecution and there is no specific overt act against the petitioners. However the FIR was filed in the year 2010 and till date charge sheet is not filed.
4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit Charge sheet is made ready and they are going to file the charge sheet within two weeks .
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case on bare perusal of the FIR discloses the cognizable offence against the petitioners and further in respect of quashing the First Information Report elaborately discussed by the Hon'ble apex Court in State of Haryana and others vs. Bhajan Lal and others [1992 Supp.
(1) SCC 335], this case does not fall in the parameter laid by the Hon'ble apex court, and no fresh materials are produced before this court.
