ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 115(2), 296(b), 329(3), 351(2), 54 and 74 of BNS, 2023 and Section 4 of TNPHW Act, 1998 in Crime No.01 of 2026 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that due to family dispute, the petitioner herein and other accused are said to have attacked the defacto complainant and also abused him in filthy language. Hence, the complaint.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submits that the petitioner herein has already been granted station bail.
4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police.

5. The petitioner herein was already granted station bail, in spite of the same, she has approached this Court seeking anticipatory bail. Considering the nature of the offence and the facts and circumstances o f the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, subject to certain conditions.
6.Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on her appearance, on condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivakasi, within a period of fifteen days from the date on which the order copy is made ready and on further conditions that:
[a]the petitioner and the sureties shall affix their photographs and left thumb impression in the surety bond and the Magistrate may obtain a copy of their Aadhaar card or bank pass book to ensure their identity; 3/6
[b] The petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation; [c]the petitioner shall not tamper with the evidence or witness either during investigation or trial. [d]the petitioner shall not abscond either during investigation or trial.
[e]On breach of any of the aforesaid conditions, the learned Magistrate/Trial Court is entitled to take appropriate action against the petitioner in accordance with law as if the conditions have been imposed and the petitioner is released on bail by the learned Magistrate/Trial Court himself as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in P.K.Shaji vs. State of Kerala [(2005)AIR SCW 5560].
[f]If the accused thereafter absconds, a fresh FIR 4/6
can be registered under Section 269 of BNS.
