O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 18.12.2017.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the proposed accused is threatening the petitioner to vacate the premises and hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint on 18.12.2017, but so far, no action has been taken. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that it is purely civil dispute and hence, investigation is still pending.

4.Considering the above said submission, the third respondent is directed to enquire the matter and if the enquiry reveals that any cognizable offence is made out, the third respondent has to register a case and proceed further in accordance with law. 5.With the aforesaid direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
