ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st to 3rd Respondents to provide necessary Police Protection to enable the petitioner to peacefully enter into petitioners land in resurvey No.673/6 of Karungal Village, Killoyoor Taluk, Kanyakumari District. 2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
