ORDER

The petitioner is the 1st accused in Crime No.16 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police registered for the offence under Sections 417, 420, 1/4

465, 468, 471 and 120B IPC. She has moved this petition seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.16 of 2023 pending against her.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the investigation in Crime No.16 of 2023 was completed and the final report has also been filed and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.1604 of 2025 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Nellai.

3. Since it is reported that the final report has been filed in Crime No. 16 of 2023 and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.1604 of 2025, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if she is having any ground. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
