ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking a direction to the first respondent to grant payment of salary for 33 days of service rendered as a Para Legal Volunteer at the PLV Front Office, Taluk Legal Services Committee, Bodinayakanur, along with other dues, by considering the representation dated 23.07.2024.

2. The case of the petitioner is that he has been working as a Para Legal Volunteer in the Taluk Legal Services Committee, Bodinayakanur, on a daily wage basis. Due to medical illness, he was unable to attend work for some time; however, the salary for 33 days has not been paid. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

3. In view of the above, this Court, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, directs the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the first respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Upon receipt of the 2/4

same, the first respondent shall consider it and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
