ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to provide police protection to the petitioner for surveying and demarcating her property.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that already the petitioner herein has filed a suit in O.S.No.131 of 2003 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Thirumangalam for the relief of declaration and permanent injunction and the same was decreed on 11.09.2017. He further submitted that now the petitioner wants to measure her property and demarcate the boundary. Hence the petitioner gave a representation before the first respondent on 26.02.2018 by marking copy to the second https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent, but sofar, no action has been taken. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that the petitioner's representation is pending before the second respondent for consideration.

4.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation after giving opportunity to the petitioner and also to the respondents 3 and 4 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law. 5.With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
