This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent police not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondent.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that on the complaint given by second respondent petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.

4.It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioners in the guise of enquiry and harass them.
