This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the impugned FIR.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that charge sheet was already filed and the case is pending at the committal stage in P.R.C.No.26 of 2021 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Musiri. Therefore, the petitioners have to necessarily question the final report.

3.Granting such liberty to the petitioners, this criminal original petition is disposed of. All the contentions and defences of the petitioners are left open. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
