ORDER

This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation relating to the FIR in Crime No.102 of 2017 dated 11.07.2017 on the file of the 2nd respondent to the 3rd or 4th respondent or to any other independent investigation agency. The investigation of Crime No.102 of 2017 was alleged to be happening as nail's space.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the investigating agency has been changed to the District Crime Branch, Tuticorin and the case is entrusted with the District Crime Branch, Tuticorin on 08.03.2019.

3. The said statement of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) is recorded. Therefore, the investigating agency namely District Crime Branch, Tuticorin, is directed to investigate the matter and lay a final report within a period of six months from https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
