ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents 3 and 4 not to harass the petitioner and his family members.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the fifth respondent and her mother were working in the petitioner's agricultural land from the year 2012. 30 days back, the petitioner's father found that the fifth respondent has stolen https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the Banana Fruits, Banana Leaf, Banana Stem, Pumpkin and sold in the market and hence, the petitioner's father stopped her and also instructed her not to come to the petitioner's land. She gave a false complaint against the petitioner before the third respondent on 20.02.2018 stating that the petitioner has cheated her. Based on the said complaint, the respondents 3 and 4 are harassing the petitioner and his family members.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) has submitted that after receipt of the complaint from the fifth respondent, C.S.R.No.22 of 2018 has been issued and the enquiry has been conducted and thereafter, the case has been registered in Crime No.22 of 2018, under Sections 376, 313, 354(b) and (d) and 506(i) IPC r/w. Section 3(1)(r)(s) SC/ST Act. Hence, the question of harassing the petitioner does not arise.

4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
