ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to conduct further enquiry and take appropriate action on the petitioner's complaint dated 23.12.2026 within stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the accused had executed a forged life certificate. It is not a property dispute.

3. Therefore, the respondent is directed to conduct the re-investigation. If any cognizable offence is made out, the respondents are directed to proceed further in accordance with law.
