O R D E R

This petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.15 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent police. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the investigation is almost over.

3.Perusal of the grounds raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner would show that there are no merits in the grounds raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner to quash the F.I.R. Further, perusal of the F.I.R would show that there are specific allegations as against the petitioner and it cannot be quashed at the threshold. Furthermore, the offence has to be investigated. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to quash the F.I.R and the criminal original petition is dismissed.
