2. The petitioner, in fact, stood as a Guarantoor in a chit fund for a sum of Rs.6,77,917/-. The chit fund company filed an arbitration OP as against the petitioner in ARC No.108 of 2019 and obtained an order in their favour. They have also filed an execution petition in E.P.No.189 of 2024, wherein, a direction has been issued by the Principal Subordinate Judge, Kumbakonam, Thanjavur, to remit the amount awarded in ARC No.108 of 2019 in monthly installment of Rs.13000/-. Challenging the same, the petitioner has filed a civil revision petition before this Court in CRP(MD)No.3379 of 2025 and this Court has entertained the civil revision petition and granted an order of interim stay on 14.11.2025 directing the petitioner to deposit 25% of the award amount. However, the petitioner has filed this petition seeking a writ of mandamus for issuing no objection certificate by suppressing the subsequent proceedings in CRP(MD)No.3379 of 2025.

3. Since the petitioner has not approached with clean hands, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. 3/6
