ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the 2nd and 3rd respondents to further investigate the case in Crime No.105 of 2014 dated 13.05.2015 which was registered by the 4th Respondent and to file final report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court, within a time frame.

2.Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the respondents. 3.Learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) on instruction submitted that the final report is ready.

4.In such circumstances, the respondent No.4 is directed to file the final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate within two

weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, the respondent No.4 will have to take appropriate steps to see that the final report is taken into consideration by the jurisdictional Magistrate.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected M.P.(MD) No.1 of 2014 stands closed.
