This Contempt Petition has been filed complaining of wilful disobedience of the order, dated 15.03.2024 in W.P(MD)No.2609 of 2024 by the respondents.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that as per order of this Court dated 15.03.2024, vide proceedings dated 04.08.2025, the clearance certificate has been issued and the pension proposal of the petitioner 2/5
