The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action on the petitioners last complaint dated 17.12.2025 and to recover the petitioner's car bearing registration No.TN 58 BJ 0959 with its original RC from the third respondent herein and to hand over the same to pursuant to the summons dated 31.12.2025 issued by the second respondent.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 17.12.2025 and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
