O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed complaining willful disobedience on the part of the respondent in implementing the order dated 28.06.2024 in W.P(MD)No.13973 of 2024 in true letter and spirit.

2. During the course of hearing, Mr.Baskaran, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Mr.Siddharthan, learned counsel for the respondents on record, submits that in compliance of the order dated 28.06.2024, the

fourth respondent passed the order on 03.03.2025 and the same was communicated to the petitioner.

4. In view of the above factual position, in my considered view, no further adjudication is required in the present contempt petition.

5. Accordingly, this contempt petition is closed.It is made clear that the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the said order in accordance with law if he so advised.
