ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking for a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to re-issue the passport to the petitioner, based upon his application.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the third respondent brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner is implicated in Criminal Case in C.C.No.187 of 2023 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vallioor, and he is also implicated in another criminal case in Crime No.281 of 2025 on the file of the third respondent, in which the investigation has not been completed.

3. In view of the above said facts, the petitioner is directed to approach the concerned trial Court in C.C.No.187 of 2023 seeking 2/4

permission to go abroad. In case an application is filed by the petitioner, the concerned trial Court shall dispose of the same within a period of four weeks from the date of filing of the application. Based upon order to be passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to proceed in accordance with law.

4. With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No Costs.
