ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus directing the respondent to cancel the direct payment system of the petitioner's school and to handover the administration of the school to the petitioner by considering the petitioner's representation dated 28.11.2025.

2. A perusal of the records reveal that the direct payment order was passed on 16.07.2012 due to certain disputes within the management.

3. According to the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, all the disputes within the management have been resolved through Court orders and therefore, as on today, there is no dispute whatsoever. Referring to all the Court orders, the petitioner has given a representation to the respondent herein on 28.11.2025 which has also have been acknowledged.

4. In view of the above said facts, the respondent herein is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner in the light of the Court orders annexed to the said representation and pass orders within a period of 6(six) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

5. With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
