ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A1 in Crime No.116 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was surrendered and remanded to judicial custody on 08.07.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Section 366 @ 366 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., and hence, seeks bail.
2.According to the de-facto complainant, her daughter was kidnapped by the accused on 20.06.2015 along with her 1 1⁄2 year old child.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the the alleged victim is aged about 23 years old and she had a love affair with the petitioner even prior to her marriage and on her own volition, she left the matrimonial home on 17.06.2015 and thereafter, she has been taken forcibly by the de-facto complainant and again on 20.06.2015, she left her matrimonial home, for which a false complaint was given against the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the daughter of the de-facto complainant, who is aged about 23 years old, had eloped with the accused and now, she was secured and she was also produced before the Court in H.C.P.No.948 of 2015 and she is now with her parent.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail on condition that the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Srivaikundam and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
