Respondents PRAYER:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to rectify the mistake as mentioned in the name of Pandi, son of Vellanathan instead of the petitioner's husbands name Pandiyan, son of Vellanathan and patta and other revenue records in respect of the petitioner's land in S.F.Nos.205/3A, 206/3B and 206/4C with an extent of 99 cents situate in Melur, Madurai District in Doc.No.1723/1976 dated 21.06.1976 and transfer the patta in the petitioner's name by considering the petitioner's representation dated 14.12.2021 in accordance with law.

ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.C.Ramesh, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions from the official respondents, would submit that the direction as prayed for by the petitioner in this writ petition would be considered and orders would be passed within a period of two weeks.

2.In view of the undertaking given by the learned Special Government Pleader, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent to comply with a direction as prayed for by the petitioner in this writ petition, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
