PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the Judge, Family Court, Nagercoil, to dispose of the petition in H.M.O.P.No.890 of 2021 expeditiously, within time bound manner as may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking speedy disposal of the petition in H.M.O.P.No.890 of 2021 pending on the file of the learned Judge, Family Court, Nagercoil, within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court. 2.The parties are referred to as per the rank mentioned before the Court below.

3.The respondent herein/husband has filed a petition in H.M.O.P.No.890 of 2021 on the file of the learned Judge, Family Court, Nagercoil, to restitute the marriage between the petitioner and the respondent was solemnized on 29.08.2018. Both of them living separately. Due to misunderstanding between them, the respondent/husband has filed the petition in H.M.O.P. No.890 of 2021.

4.Heard on the side of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the material documents available on record. 5.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking speedy disposal of the H.M.O.P.No.890 of 2021 which is pending on the file of the learned Judge, Family Court, Nagercoil.

6.Considering the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and also considering the fact that already the Family Court is loaded with more number of cases, the learned Judge, Family Court, Nagercoil, is directed to dispose the H.M.O.P.No.890 of 2021, as expeditiously as possible.

7.With the above observations, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
