This Civil Revision Petition has been filed for issuing a 1/3

direction to the Fast Track Mahila Court, Nagercoil to dispose the A.S.No.101 of 2019 pending on its file as expeditiously as possible.

2. The report is received from the appellate Court stating that I.A.No.1 of 2022 in A.S.No.101 of 2019 is pending for disposal.

3. Considering the oldness of the matter, there shall be a direction to the Fast Track Mahila Court, Nagercoil to dispose of A.S.No.101 of 2019 pending on its file as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
