This petition is filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent police to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 31.01.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions, would submit that both the parties have appeared for enquiry and thereafter they came to a conclusion that both of them shall work out their remedy before the competent Civil Court, since the dispute is purely civil in nature. Therefore, the complaint was closed.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor may be recorded and he seeks liberty to approach the competent Court to work out his remedy.

Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned Civil Court to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
