O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the second respondent to register a case, based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 08.02.2018. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that due to develop the private digital cable business, the accused persons damaged and cut the optical wire of the petitioner and the petitioner has incurred loss of Rs.1,50,000/-. The petitioner has given a complaint on 8.2.2018 and since no action was taken, the petitioner is before this Court seeking a direction. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the petition enquiry is still pending.

cognizable offence, then he has to register a case and proceed further in accordance with law.
