ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as the sole accused in Crime No.17 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 10.06.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Section 366(A) of I.P.C., and hence, seeks bail. 2.According to the de-facto complainant that on 25.05.2015, her daughter went to job was kidnapped by the accused. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the de-facto complainant's daughter is aged about 17 years old and the petitioner and the victim girl had feller in love each other, which does not like by the de-facto complainant, and a false complaint was given against the petitioner.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that it is a case of love affair and the victim is aged about 17 years old and she was secured and now she is residing with her parent. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail on condition that the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palani and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
