This Writ Petition is filed seeking a Mandamus as against the 2nd respondent not to register any document on the basis of joint patta in respect of the property bearing Survey Nos.537/5b, 537/2c, 537/2e, 537/2f, 537/3b, 537/2b, 538/1b2, 538/1a, 539/1, 538/3a situated at Poolangulam Village, Alangulam Taluk, Tenkasi District, forthwith.
2. Mr.M.Lingadurai, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for respondents 1 and 2. Since no adverse order is going to be passed against the third respondent, notice to her is dispensed with. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. It is the case of the petitioner that he is the owner of the subject property. However, the third respondent, by means of fabricated 2/6
documents, had obtained joint patta in her favour. The petitioner apprehends that the 3rd respondent will create any form of document in favour of anybody else. Hence, the petitioner made a representation in the form of objection letter on 25.04.2025. However, the same is yet to be considered. In the meantime, so many attempts are being made for creation of some documents over the said property. Hence, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.
4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that in the event if any document is presented for registration in respect of the subject property, after issuing notice to the petitioner, the second respondent will take a decision to register the same.
5. In view of the same, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's objection dated 25.04.2025, if any document is presented for registration in respect of the subject property and after issuing notice to the petitioner and the third respondent, the 2nd respondent shall take a decision in accordance with law with regard to registration.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
