O R D E R
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to prohibit the respondents 4 to 13 to enter into the petitioner's company premises, on the basis of representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 03.03.2018. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner's company indulged in desalination water plant at Survey No.24/15 B-3C Aalangulam, Panaikulam Village, Ramanathapuram District, which is established for the purpose of sea water desalination. He further submitted that since the Revenue Divisional Officer, Ramanathapuram, passed an order to stop industrial work, the petitioner has filed a writ petition in W.P.(MD).No.19948/2017, in which this Court, has passed order directing the Revenue Divisional Officer to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 09.09.2017 and pass appropriate orders, based on that, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Ramanathapuram District has passed order on 29.01.2018, permitting the petitioner to run the industry.
3.In pursuance of the said order, the petitioner's company is now reopened, and it is functioning. He further submitted that now, the respondents 4 to 13 have issued pamphlets, stating that they will enter into the company with family on 10.03.2018 at 10.30 am., and if the said act is permitted, then the petitioner cannot run the industry and hence, he requested to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to provide adequate police protection. 4.The learned Government Advocate has submitted that today, the peace committee meeting was held, but no consensus arrived at. However, he has submitted that the representation submitted by the petitioner is still pending for consideration. 5.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.03.2018 and also objections, if any, by the respondents 4 to 13 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law. 6.With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
