S/o.Chinnandi, aged about 40 years, convict prisoner PID No.245192 confined at Central Prison, Trichy on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 27.10.2025.

The prayer in the Writ Petition is to direct the first respondent to grant 21 days ordinary leave without police escort to the petitioner's husband namely Rajkumar, S/o.Chinnandi, aged about 40 years, convict prisoner PID No. 245192 confined at Central Prison, Trichy on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 27.10.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 27.10.2025 and pass orders on own merits and in accordance

with law within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition (Crl.) stands disposed of. No costs.
