ORDER
The writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to dispose of the pending appeal dated 04.01.2023.
2.Mr.S.Kameswaran, learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents 1 and 2 would submit that on 01.02.2025, an order has been passed and the appeal has been disposed of.
3.By considering the same, there is no further scope for entertaining the writ petition and issue any directions. However, it is made clear that if aggrieved by the said order dated 01.02.2025 on the file of the first respondent, it shall always be open to the petitioner to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
