ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as the sole accused in Crime No.40 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 24.06.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) of I.P.C., and hence, seeks bail.

2.According to the prosecution that on 22.06.2015, the accused in an inebriated mood, developed heated arguments with the de-facto complainant and attacked him on his eye and therefore, he lost eye site.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case and it is further submitted that even according to the prosecution, the petitioner has not used any weapon and he had no intention to cause injury on the victim.

4.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail on condition that the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on executing a bond

for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Virudhunagar and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily twice ie., at 10.00 a.m., and 05.00 p.m., until further orders. sd/- 17/08/2015 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar TO 1 THE JUDICIAL MAGISTRATE NO.I VIRUDHUNAGAR.
