This Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 to 3 herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.01.2023 and further direct not to interfere with the civil dispute pending in R.C.A.No.6 of 2014 on the file of the Rent Control Appellate Tribunal (Sub Court), Ramnathapuram. 2/4
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the fifth respondent herein against several persons including Naveen Prabu, who is the petitioner herein and others, enquiry was undertaken in C.S.R. No.438 of 2022. During the course of enquiry, both the parties appeared and filed undertaking that they will not make trouble with each other and they will abide the order that got to be passed in the above said civil proceedings. On the basis of the above said undertaking given by the both parties, the enquiry was closed.
3. In view of the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this matter.
4. With the above said development, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
