This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the Family Court, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil to dispose of the petition in HMOP.No.1025 of 2021 expeditiously within a time bound manner as may be fixed by this Court.

2.It is the case of the petitioner that HMOP.No.1025 of 2021 is pending from the year 2021 and therefore, the petitioner seeks speedy disposal of the case.

3.Since HMOP.No.1025 of 2021 is of the year 2021, there are lot of old cases pending before the Court below, time bound has been given. The learned Judge, Family Court, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil is directed to dispose HMOP.1025 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible.

4.With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
