The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the respondents to register the case on the basis of the complaint submitted by the petitioner dated 15.03.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 15.03.2015, petition enquiry was conducted by Rameshwaram Town Police Station in C.P.No.G.S./1126/545/15 and the petition was closed on 24.04.2015.

5. In view of the order passed in this petition, the presence of the Superintendent of Police, Ramanathapuram, is dispensed with and accordingly, M.P.No.1 of 2015 is closed.
