This petition is filed to extend the time granted in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.18107 of 2023 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.21352 of 2023 dated 22.12.2023. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to comply the condition imposed upon the petitioner, since he is unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time.
