This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to file a final report, after completion of investigation in Crime No.730 of 2013 pending on the file of the second respondent. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent herein has registered a case in Crime No.730 of 2013 under Section 174 Cr.P.C., which was altered into Section 306 IPC, but sofar, final report has not been filed.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that the investigation is in progress and three months time may be granted for filing a final report.

within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the aforesaid observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
