The petitioner / wife seeks transfer of proceedings in HMOP.NO.70 of 2021 from the file of the Subordinate Court, Pollachi to the file of the Subordinate Court, Sankarankovil, since she is residing at Sankarankovil.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Even though the name of the respondent printed in the cause list, no one has appeared.

3. Considering the convenience of petitioner / wife, the Transfer CMP is allowed and the HMOP.NO.70 of 2021 pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Pollachi is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Subordinate Court, Sankarankovil, to be heard and disposed of in accordance with law. The Subordinate Court, Pollachi is directed to transmit the papers to the file of the Subordinate Court, Sankarankovil forthwith. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
