When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), would submit that as per the order of this Court dated 03.07.2017, in W.P.(MD).No.12250 of 2017, conducting of Rekla Race is banned and thereby, the representation of the petitioner cannot be considered.

2. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this writ petition stands closed. No Costs.
