Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is figuring as an accused in Crime No.130 of 2021 registered on the file of the second respondent. The learned Government Advocate also produced footage of the petitioner riding a bike along with another. It is yet to be a case of chain snatching.
3. The petitioner's attempt to obtain relief by filing anticipatory bail before the Sessions Court also failed.
4. In these circumstances, the question of granting relief in this petition does not arise. This Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
