Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to call for the records connected with order passed by the Honourable Principal Sessions Court, Ramanathapuram in Crl.MP(MD)No.141/2019, dated on 22.01.2019 pleased to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in the said while grant bail to the petitioner order in accordance with law.

Prayer in CRL OP(MD). 2097/ 2019 :

To call for the records connected with order passed by the Honourable Principal Sessions Court, Ramanathapuram in Crl.M.P.NO.59 of 2019, dated on 10/01/2019 pleased to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in the said while grant bail to the petitioner order in accordance with law.

Prayer in CRL OP(MD). 2117/ 2019 :

To call for the records, connected with order passed by the Honoruable Principal Sessions Court, Ramanathapuram in Crl.M.P.No.61 of 2019, Dated on 22/01/2019 pleased to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in the said while grant bail to the petitioner order in accordance with law.

ORDER: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.R.ALAGUMANI, Advocate for the petitioner in all the petitions and of MR.S.CHANDRASEKAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent in all the petitions, the court made the following order:- These petitions have been filed to modify the conditions imposed against the petitioners while granting bail to the petitioners.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram had granted bail to the petitioners on condition that A10 should report before the B1 Police Station, Ooty, A6, A7, A9 and A25 should report before the Hosur Town Police Station, Krishnagiri District and A13 should report before the D1, Tiruttani Police Station, Thiruvallur District, daily twice at 10.00 a.m., and 05.00 p.m., until further orders. The petitioners have complied with the conditions regularly till date. Since they are facing life threat, they have filed the present petitions to modify the said condition. 3.Further, the learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that for the purpose of the petitioners safety, this Court may modify the said condition instead of reporting at different places, the accused persons shall be directed to report at one particular place.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has no serious objection to modify the said condition. He would further submit that the petitioners may be directed to appear before the Tiruttani Police Station, Thiruvallur District to comply the condition. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, insofar as A6, A7, A9, A10 and A25 are concerned, they are directed to appear before the D1, Tiruttani Police Station, Thiruvallur District, daily twice at 10.00 a.m., and 05.00 p.m., until further orders; insofar as A13 is concerned, no further order is necessary.
