ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that the name of the petitioner has been deleted 1/3

from the said Crime and to that effect he has also filed a report. The relevant paragraph No.5 of the said report reads as follows: "5. I respectfully submit that, meanwhile, the Investigation Officer Thiru. Arul Prakash, Inspector of Police, Kottar Police Station, continued the investigation and enquired more witnesses and perused relevant documents and proved that the petitioner Michael Jebin @ Jebin was not present in the scene of occurrence. And, hence, the Inspector removed the petitioner's name from allegation."

2.
