This petition is filed seeking to issue a direction directing the respondent to include the section 4 of Tamilnadu Prohibition of Woman Harasment Act and section 3(1)(x) (r) and (s) of SC/ST Act as the averments mentioned in the petition dated 0405-2015 and to file alteration report as early as possible in the above Crime No. 362/2015 on the file of the 1st d respondent. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that investigation is almost completed. At this stage, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.

3.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to invoke Section 216 of Cr.P.C. before the Court below.
