JUDGMENT

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that based on the Amnesty Scheme issued by the Employees State Insurance Corporation dated 24.07.2025, the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal. He also produced the copy of e-mail received from the appellant Corporation for withdrawing the appeal.

2. Recording the said submission, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
