ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under sections 498-A, 109 and 506(i) of I.P.C, in Crime No.19 of 2015, seek anticipatory bail. 2.

According to the defacto complainant, her husband A1 developed illicit relationship with the third accused and harassed by demanding dowry and also threatened her with dire consequence. 3.Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that all the accused belonging to Christian Community and when there was a dispute between the defacto complainant and the first accused, the petitioners herein tried to pacify the dispute and therefore, they have been falsely implicated in this case.

4.Learned learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) submitted that the second petitioner is having illicit relationship with the first accused and harassed the defacto complainant. 5.Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Karur and on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for the purpose of interrogation. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C., scrupulously.

6. The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
