ORDER

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner had filed this Writ Petition seeking direction against the Respondents 1 to 3 to take action against the fourth Respondent based on the representations dated 23.10.2023 and 06.11.2023.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions of the Respondents 1 to 3, would submit that on the basis of the complaint, the third Respondent had summoned the fourth Respondent. From the enquiry, it was found that it is a civil dispute. Therefore, as per the circular of the Director General of Police, Head of Police Force, Tamil Nadu State, Chennai -4 issued in Rc.No.892914/X1/2020 dated 12.03.2021 and the circular of the Additional Director General of Police, Chennai, issued in C.No.18/ADGP/L & O/Camp/2024 2/4

dated 09.01.2024, the Petition had been closed. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor also furnished the copy of the report of the third Respondent. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. The Petitioner is directed to seek her remedy through the Civil Court.
