O R D E R

The recruitment Notification issued by the respondents, inviting application from the eligible candidates for selection to the post of Cook and Sanitary Workers, dated 18.09.2020 is under challenge in the present writ petition.

2. In view of the fact that the recruitment Notification of the year 2020 is challenged, now, on account of efflux of time, the relief sought for lost its relevance and if any grievance exists to the writ petitioner in respect of appointment, if any made, during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner is at liberty to pursue his remedy in the manner known to law.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
