ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to direct the respondent/Inspector of Police to file report under Section 169 Cr.P.C in Crime No.33 of 2015 in accordance with law. 1/4
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.
3. It is evident from the records that the petitioner has earlier filed a petition in Crl.O.P(MD)No.4117 of 2015, to quash the FIR in Crime No.33 of 2015 and this Court vide order dated 30.10.2018, directed the Investigating Officer to complete the investigation and file final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that despite the directions issued by this Court, final report has not been filed till now.
5. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State, on instructions, would submit that the final report will be filed within ten days and hence, he seeks ten days time to file final report before the jurisdictional Court.

6. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the respondent police is directed to file final report in Crime No.33 of 2015 before the jurisdictional Court, within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
