This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.225 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent police. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that only during investigation, the respondent police came to know that the petitioner herein was not available in the occurrence place and hence, his name was deleted and in this regard, a report was already submitted before the jurisdictional Court.
