ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No. 29 of 2016, dated 17.01.2016, on the file of the first respondent as against the petitioner.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that in this case, after completion of investigation, the first respondent police had filed a charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi, on 27.01.2023 and he has also produced the acknowledgment receipt.
3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 30.01.2023 NCS:Yes/No Index:Yes/No Internet:Yes/No lr 2/4
